11. Do a lighting test before you leave- A Must!
All set and done- don’t leave until you are done with the lighting test. Gp out and check your makeup in sunlight , if you are dressed for the day. If you are dressed for night then go out check the makeup under full glaring lights , so that you don’t look all caked up when you face people.
This last check for 5 minutes gives you confidence to be anywhere.In any case, when finished, test it out in different areas. The rear view mirror of your car, outdoors, lower-lit rooms, anywhere. This will give you clues as to what you need to pay attention to during application, such as too much blush or sloppy brow pencil.
